Frequently Asked Questions FAQs
1. What will my percentage be of the sale?
We provide a complimentary consultation to discuss services and fees, but with our commission structure clients receive 75% of the final sales.
2. How long does it take to get ready for the sale?
For most sales we only need 1-2 days to prepare and get ready for the sale. All sales are tailored to meet your needs.
3. How do you advertise my sale?
We advertise on multiple websites, social media, email lists and exclusive contacts. We also provide highly recognizable signs that are strategically placed to attract buyers in the vicinity of the sale.
4. How many days do the sales run?
Every sale is unique, most require at least 2 days, sometimes 3 for large sales.
5. What happens to items that do not sell?
We strive to sell as much as we can during the 2-3 day timeframe. If there are remaining items, we can offer you options to suit your needs. We provide each client with a list of donation centers. Clean out service is also available. There may be a fee for these services.
6. What should I do to prepare for the sale?
Clients are asked to store away any items that they do not want to sell. We will provide our expertise to sell all of your remaining items at the highest possible price.
